Methods for planning and management of bridge repairs

In this article, the author substantiates the relevance of the development and implementation of an economic and mathematical model for determining the optimal overhaul life of bridges, proposes a methodological basis for developing a regulatory framework for planning and managing bridge repair, an algorithm and a computer program for calculating the overhaul life of bridges using simulation modeling. The scientific and practical significance of the research results lies in the fact that the theoretical provisions have been brought to specific recommendations for the development of standards for planning and managing bridge repairs.
