Methods of increasing innovation activity in the Russian economy

To increase innovation activity, it is necessary to create an effective socio-economic and industrial infrastructure that would allow the scientific potential accumulated in the country. The article analyzes the state of innovation in the Russian economy and proposes methods to enhance its effectiveness by improving national innovation systems and improving the scientific support of the high-tech manufacturing sector. The role of fundamental and industrial science, which performs the main linking activity in the development of scientific research results, is especially highlighted.
