The article describes some methods of enterprise positioning on the example of port transshipment complex in the field of stevedoring and logistics services. Logistics is an intermediary sphere and acts as the main channel of distribution between the producer and the consumer. In modern conditions, logistics companies should review the nature of their business activities, focusing on the study and satisfaction of consumer demand. In the last few decades, the logistics market is literally oversupplied with a set of services and high competition, which requires a certain position development and management decisions for survival, successful prosperity and maintaining its position in the service sector.
