Methods of making managerial decisions

In his article the author raises the problems of making managerial decisions, carried out with a certain type of control and a specific set of controlling instruments. Also, definitions of the types of control affecting certain stages of decision-making for managers are disclosed. The author shows the relationship of the decision-making stages with the effectiveness of implementing this decision and its impact on the subordinate staff and other categories of employees and employees.
