The article analyses traditional and internet-methods of commercial real estate advertising. All the advertising methods play the promotional role and a part of marketing strategy of a business. Today due to the development of the internet-technologies many traditional methods stale and become ineffective in comparison with the unconventional ways. For identification of advantages and disadvantages of each type of advertising an owner of commercial real estate or an agency should include the analysis of advertising market in the list of marketing promotional events. Hereby, the analysis of advertising market becomes a compulsory part of the analytical function of marketing and in order of importance becomes equal to the analysis of real estate market in general, its audience and marketing conjuncture.
