The method of multicriteria estimation of power efficiency at objects and heat supply systems on the basis of which are generated the methods of multicriteria estimation of power security at territorial formations, methods of estimation the power efficiency on integral power consumption, methods of a way of choice at autonomous heat sources for decentralized heat supply systems, methods of a choice the power supply systems of buildings is developed. The analysis of comparative efficiency was spent on the basis of DEA methodology.
