Methods, modes and techniques of the Soviet propaganda in 1920-1930

The article is concerned with structure, methods and techniques of the Soviet propaganda in 1920-1930. The reason the author references this subject is that the propaganda in the USSR in that period was one of the most efficient means for political problems solution, which is correspondent with the current situation in the society.
