Methods to stimulate the development of charity among domestic entrepreneurs: history and modernity

The traditions of charity that now exist in our country began to take shape a long time ago, at the very beginning of the emergence of the royal dynasty of the Romanovs. At the beginning of charity such features of this phenomenon as gratuitousness, individuality, legality began to form. Currently, the growth of charitable organizations has been noted in the Russian Federation. At the same time, the need to use both economic and non-economic methods of encouraging charity becomes obvious, which will allow the state to attract additional resources to solve socially important tasks without financial or other costs. It is also possible to take into account existing Russian historical traditions and foreign experience of charity in terms of both moral and material encouraging, in the form of public recognition of merits, the establishment of certain state awards, the adoption of special normative documents regulating incentives for charity and others.
