The article discusses methods, technologies, stages of forming the image of a company in the labor market. About 25 % of their income is devoted to the formation of the image of organizations in the labor market. In modern realities, the image is put first of all, attracting the best resources, such as personnel, material assets, investments. It is the image that will contribute to promoting the search for investors in the market. It is in this company that the best minds in the labor market will come. Customer service is carried out in accordance with corporate standards, which allows us to achieve a consistently high quality of service and increase customer focus; employees who directly value this contribution to the development of the company’s reputation participate in this matter. High motivation of the staff, provided by the formation of their expectations regarding the company, a motivation letter for internal use, which, among other things, forms the corporate «We». In addition, the manual for using methods to improve the image of the enterprise in the labor market is recommended: Create a work environment based on openness and respect and contribute to the disclosure of the abilities of each employee; Constantly improve the staff incentive system, which allows each employee to rely on the proper pay, based on the needs of the staff; To increase the social security of workers and the possibility of training.
