Methods of administrative consulting in the system of personnel adaptation

The article is devoted to the study of the basics of management consulting in the process of adaptation of staff both newly adopted and socially unstable. The authors give the methods and principles for the adaptation of personnel at various enterprises when accepting employees of different social status.
