Real property administration asset municipalities

This paper reviews the current practices of municipal assets in the Russian Federation and international experience in property management of municipalities. Address such issues as the definition of core and noncore assets, the development of classification of non-core assets of the company and its subsidiaries, attributing the companys assets and its subsidiaries in the category of non-core based on the evaluation of investment effectiveness, determining the optimal composition of the activities for pre-sales of noncore assets. Demonstrated the use of management non-core assets of the private sector and classification of assets (inventory) of the municipalities. The criteria of asset management of municipalities, offered the best of management activities such assets.
