The article considers various approaches to the formation of the system of benefits and their distribution. It is shown that the level of the corporate spirit determines the efficiency of functioning and the dynamics of the organization's development. The system of material incentives, at each enterprise is developed taking into account the characteristics of personnel and taking into account the specifics of the organization itself.
