Inter-budgetary relations in the Russian Federation and its subjects: status and problems

The relevance of the topic under consideration is due to the difficult economic and geopolitical situation, which entails a number of negative consequences for the tax system, budget deficit, internal debts and monetary obligations to a certain level of the budget of the country's budgetary system. In this regard, the article examines the mechanisms of inter-budgetary relations at the sub-federal level, methods of budget formation, balancing policy with the help of inter-budgetary transfers, internal budget loans and credits, public debt. Approaches to problem solving and expected results have been studied.
