Interbudget transferts as an important source of region budget incomes

This article is devoted to the problem of inter-budgetary relations, which causes the need to improve the mechanism of influence on it, aimed at preventing imbalances in the development of the country as a whole and its regions on the basis of budget regulation. In the article the author notes that direct financial assistance from the higher budget to the lower level remains an effective means of budget regulation. Today, it is important to address the issue of improving the budget system and inter-budgetary relations, ensuring the effective use of financial resources at all levels of government, concludes the author. Here, the author notes that the sustainable development of the country depends on the solution of these issues.
