The article analyzes the reasons for law sciences of anticrime cycle lag behind practice needs. A methodology of creating multimedia interdisciplinary reminders and mobile software is shown on the example of the development measures for prevention and struggle with illegal migration, it is addressed to modern users who desperately need this kind of scientific advice.
