Interdisciplinary approach to rehabilitation of women with gynecological diseases associated with non-psychotic mental disorders

During assessment of mental health of 700 patients with reproductive system pathology we have obtained data demonstrating high co-morbidity of mental disturbances. 49,15 % (344) of the examined had mental disorders of borderline spectrum, pre-nosological states have been diagnosed in 33,71 % (236) of gynecological patients and 17,14 % (120) of women had not mental disturbances. High complimentarity of immune and vegetative imbalance with state of mental disadaptation and with dysfunction regarding reproductive system determines necessity of interdisciplinary approach to complex rehabilitation of gynecological patients with mental disturbances.
