International charitable program "New names" as a factor development of sociocultural environment in Primorskiy region

In the article the results of activity of Primorskiy Agency of Russian fund of culture on realization of the basic principles (such as finding, developing and supporting gifted children and talented youth) of the "New Names" program are analyzed. The author also considers the influence of the creative project on formation of sociocultural space of Primorskiy region. The scale of the actions carried out within the limits of the project at regional and local levels in a historical retrospective show is analyzed. The author not only provides the reasons for the demanding of the project "New Names", but also proves its necessity for further cooperation with state administration.
