The article discusses the goals of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), as well as the distribution of funds by economic sectors. The case of the company is presented, based on foreign experience, describing the result of the work of a new mechanism for financing small and medium-sized businesses. The study revealed the strategic factors of this organization. The International Finance Corporation plays the role of a long-term investor in emerging markets.
