International commodity trade in 2018: changes in the leading group (successes and failures)

The article analyzes the most current trends in the system of modern international commodity trade with an emphasis on changes in the dynamics of foreign trade relations of the countries of the most advanced group of leaders in 2018. The author reveals that the numerical superiority remains with the member countries of the European Union, followed by the leading Asian exporters and North American countries. The author conducted the research using the methods of comparative and statistical analysis.
