International legal standard of lawyer activity

During the present period of time the tendency of standardization of different types of activity is observed. Lawyer activity isn’t an exception of this direction. Repeatedly offers on need of standardization of lawyer activity express. To develop national standards, first of all, it is necessary will address to international legal standards. The presented international legal standards were developed on the basis of the international legal acts regulating lawyer activity, and practice of the European court on human rights. They can become a basis for development of the Russian standards of lawyer activity.
