International digital trust in the socio-economic environment: socio-managerial representation

The paper substantiates the category of «digital trust in the socio-economic environment» as a new phenomenon in the information sphere of society, as a global trend; the paper reveals its content components; a refined definition of this category is provided; Russia's priority in the digitalization of the socio-economic sphere is proved; the paper analyzes the regulatory legal support for the regulation of this social phenomenon and shows the results of the analysis of this innovative phenomenon in foreign scientific research. The reasons for the population's trust and distrust of digital technologies are argued. The necessity of certain elements of the content of the category «public trust in digital technologies in the socio-economic sphere» is proved. The results of a specific sociological study of this phenomenon in Russia are displayed on a representative empirical basis; theoretical conclusions and practical recommendations for the federal legislative and executive authorities are formulated.
