The article is devoted to the international regulation of the labor market at the present stage, with an emphasis on the impact of globalization, technological changes and changes in international standards. The key factors influencing the transformation of international labor market regulation, such as economic crises, migration processes, digitalization and the development of new forms of employment, have been identified. The main problems are analyzed, such as the discrepancy between standards and real working conditions in different countries, as well as the problems of protecting workers' rights in conditions of instability and uncertainty. The prospects for the development of international labor market regulation, including the improvement of the legal status of migrant workers, the introduction of new technologies and the adaptation of international standards to the challenges of the post-pandemic era, are considered.
