International cooperation of the FCS of Russia in the framework of the EAEU and the CIS

The priority activity of the FCS of Russia in the space of integration associations is interaction with partners in the EAC in terms of the entry into force of the customs code of the EAC from January 1, 2018. The activity of the FCS of Russia in the implementation of international cooperation in the customs sphere is mainly aimed at the development of integration processes within the EAC and the CIS, maintenance and strengthening of bilateral relations with the customs services of the CIS countries. The article deals with the main areas of cooperation of the FCS of Russia in various Unions. Presented the number of meetings held, in which the most important decisions concerning the use of RMS, as well as the adoption of a new version of the HS. According to the results of the study, it can be concluded that the role of interaction of the FCS with different groups is increasing, economic ties are expanding and new opportunities are opening up.
