International consolidated cargo transportation: main risks, their subjects and sources

The article is devoted to the main risks arising in the process of international groupage transportation, as well as their subjects and sources. Risks, their subjects and sources are considered on the example of a separate cargo transportation. A model is presented that allows minimizing risks by optimizing counterparties as risk subjects.
