International relations in the field of higher education as a key element in improving the effectiveness of the modern personnel training system in Russia

In the modern world, the active development of science and education is the most important task in order to create favorable conditions for the full development of human potential, which is a key source of sustainable economic growth in any country. In turn, the most important element in ensuring quality improvement and improvement of these areas is the development of international relations. The purpose of the study is to identify the need for further development of international relations in the field of science and education in Russia in the context of the destabilization of the external situation, as well as to determine the current vector of development of this area. During the analysis, it was concluded that the development of international cooperation in the field of science and education is an integral part of improving the effectiveness of the modern personnel training system in Russia. This is largely due to the fact that the formation of scientific and technical specialists is simply impossible without providing opportunities for an active exchange of experience and knowledge, which is explained by the specifics of this field. Moreover, the main direction of the development of our country’s foreign relations in the current conditions was identified, namely, a turn to the East, and risks were identified, overcoming which will increase the effectiveness of the expansion of international relations in these areas.
