The formation and development of arbitration courts in Russia

The article is examined the impact of information and communication technologies (ICT) on the emergence and development of electronic arbitration as one of the forms of alternative dispute resolution. It says that the widespread and variety of the electronic economic activity led to the fact that these electronic relations need legal regulation in the event of a dispute between the parties with the use of information and communication technologies (Internet) to resolve disputes related to these relationships. The article is analyzed the role and advantages of the electronic international arbitration in the commercial disputes, the main issues of legal regulation of the electronic international arbitration that need to be resolved to develop the electronic international arbitration, the role of electronic arbitration agreement in the functioning of the electronic international arbitration, the procedure for the adoption and enforcement of the electronic arbitration decision.
