International experience in mortgage credit lending. It's problems and perspectives of it's development in Russia

Given article studies mechanisms of mortgage market in Russia, specificities of mortgage market functioning in the other countries and main problems in the sphere in Russian Federation and ways of solving them. In the process of research such methods as description, comparison and analysis of the statistics were used. As a result, were made several conclusions about the importance of the mortgage market system in Russia’s economy and a number of ways to solve the existing problems were proposed.
