International experience in resolving conflict situations in labor activity

The article is devoted to the study of international experience in the resolution of labor conflict situations. The relevance of the work is justified by the development of social and labor relations in Russia, which depends on the existence of an effective system for resolving labor disputes. The article notes that today, the norms that create the current system for exercising the labor rights and interests of workers and employees are enshrined in a number of legislative acts adopted at different times, which makes them difficult to enforce, activity is so complicated and casuistic that to exercise its right to protect labor rights and interests is not an easy task. These and other circumstances create the need for an analysis of the situation in this area in foreign countries and the development of proposals for improving the labor dispute resolution system. The author conducted a comprehensive literature review on the direction of tools and methodologies for resolving conflict situations in labor activity in developed countries. The specifics of the foreign experience of functioning of the ship system in the processes of resolving labor disputes are noted, special attention is also paid to mediation as a method of peaceful solution of the conflict.
