International criminal court: issues of the officials’ immunity

Purpose: To analyze issues of the immunity of officials in proceedings of the International Criminal Court. Methodology: Legallistic, comparative and systematic methods of research were used. Results: Specifics of legal regulation and provision of the immunity of officials in proceedings of the International Criminal Court are revealed, as well as solutions of the arising problems in the sphere of international legal fight against crime. The historical and legal prerequisites proving a possibility of bringing of the persons under special state protection to international justice are analyzed. Novelty/originality/value: Relevance of analysis of these issues is formed by importance of solution of the arising problems in the sphere of international legal fight against crime. This paper has scientific value and novelty as in it the author’s generalizations having scientific and practical value are contained.
