Interpersonal relations of married couples

The article presents a theoretical analysis of interpersonal relationships, allowing to build a successful relationship between people. Interpersonal relationships are important in the family between spouses to adjust the communicative harmony. In modern conditions in our country such interpersonal relations as contradictions between equality of women and possibilities of its realization, between requirements of social progress and conservative views on a place of the woman in a family, between functions full-fledged citizen and professional and family functions of women are sharply allocated. In this regard, there is a growing research interest in interpersonal marital relations.
