Intermunicipal and interregional cooperation in the formation of territorial agroclusters

In the context of increasing external sanctions pressure, there is an urgent need for self-sufficiency of the country and its regions with domestic food products. One of the options for mitigating the imposed sanctions restrictions could be the formation and development of territorial agricultural clusters for the production of various types of agricultural products, which involve uniting the interests of all participants. The article examines trends and patterns in the formation of agricultural clusters using the advantages of intermunicipal and interregional cooperation, and presents the problems of self-sufficiency in basic agricultural products in the Republic of Bashkortostan under the imposed sanctions restrictions. During the research, the advantages of agro-industrial integration and cooperation of agricultural producers, processors of agricultural raw materials and trading networks were identified, proposals were developed for the creation of various territorial agricultural clusters using the advantages of intermunicipal and interregional cooperation.
