Inter-level interaction as an element of management instruments for spatial development of rural territories infrastructure

The article is devoted to the identification of the role, nature and significance of inter-level interaction in aspects of improving managerial tools by the spatial development of rural infrastructure. The work used methods of generalizing scientific knowledge, system analysis, analytical interpretation of official statistics. The differentiation of regions by the level of infrastructure arrangement of rural territories, their budget support, and the quality of life of the local population is noted. It was established that, despite the implementation of sustainable development programs, which gave a positive impetus to the infrastructure of rural areas, its actual functionality, condition, capacity does not fully correspond to social tasks.
