Mythologems of “sinfulness” and “desecrated honor of the family” as a factor of psychogenic provocation of adjustment disorder in spouses

The article is devoted to important aspects of the influence of social and ethnocultural characteristics on mental disorders which were the result of psychotrauma related to adultery, insulted honor of the family and disrespect of microsocial environment. The necessity to study individual personality features and ethnocultural factors of the patients in expert decision making was demonstrated in forensic case. We analyze main approaches to complex psychological-psychiatric forensic examination and possibility of simultaneous application of the categories of «diminished responsibility» and «emotional crime».
