Migration to a region: local manifestations of regional trends

The paper analyzes the main manifestations of global migration trends with respect to the situation in the Republic of Tatarstan. It is noted that the increase in the number of illegal migrants, intensification of the processes of labor migration and changes in the qualification structure of migrants differ in dynamics and intensity of its manifestation at the local level.
