Migration crime: impact on the level of international security and ways to overcome

The article considers some aspects of the negative impact of migration crime on international security, analyzes the provisions of international law, criminal and related migration legislation of the Russian Federation. Based on the analysis of scientific papers and the conducted research, conclusions are drawn regarding the destructive impact of illegal migration on the state of international security. The measures for the further development of legal and organizational measures to ensure international security in terms of countering migration crime are reasoned, the need for the development and adoption of an international legal act directly devoted to the issues of countering illegal migration and related migration crime, as well as national laws based on it, is substantiated.
