The migratory situation in the Russian Federation and the problem of increase in crime among the migrants

The reason of increasing migratory processes in the Russian Federation at the beginning of the 90 th is considered in the article. Special attention is given to the internal and external factors of migration. Statistic data and quotation of officials on the issue of legal and illegal migration are listed. The problem of annual crime increase committed by migrants is concerned. The rise of religious extremism among migrants is noted. The necessity to learn historical experience of the Russian Empire concerning the crime solution problems of migrants is underlined in conclusion.
