The migration intentions of rural young people of the Perm region (sociological analysis)

The article presents and analyzes the causes of migration attitudes of rural residents of the Perm Territory. The article is based on the results of an empirical study «Study of the migration attitudes of rural residents of the Perm Territory», 2019. The features of the labor market in rural areas and the difficulties of building a successful career for young people are noted. The factors restraining the migration of young people from village to city, and the motives for its return are identified. Based on the results of the research, recommendations have been made to address migration problems in the region.
