Migration flows of diasporas groups in Buryatia in the 1990's

This article is considered the processes of formation of diasporas of Buryatia: German, Jewish, Tatar, Korean, Polish, Azerbaijani, Armenian, Chinese. The author tries to identify the causes of this phenomenon, paying particular attention to migration issues in the region in a historical perspective.
