Migratory processes in Primorsky territory: factors and trends

In this work the author examines contemporary patterns of migration in Primorsky Territory: the scope and directions of he migration flows; age, sex, nationality, and education of migrants. The article reveals the importance of migration for a sustainable development of the region. It is summed up some of the results of the «Program of compatriots resettlement» running in the region.
