Migration attitudes of students and their impact on labor resources development

Бесплатный доступ

The article examines students' migration attitudes based on the materials of a sociological study conducted in the Mogilev region. It is noted that migration does not always proceed uniformly, and this necessitates studying migration, especially its social aspects, considering it in a complex of economic, demographic, ethnographic, and legal processes. Different levels of needs and their unequal satisfaction are the most important prerequisites for the formation of potential migrants.
