Migration factor in the formation of population and workers teams in the northern cities of the Republic of Komi

The article examines the migration and labour-related orientations of the urban population in the Republic of Komi and shows the specifics of the formation of workers teams. It highlights the main causes of changing jobs, in- and out-movements of population, and proposes some measures aimed at making the life of northerners more comfortable.
