The migration crisis in Europe through the prism of statistics

The article is devoted to the study of current migration crisis in Europe. The base of the study is statistical data of the European statistical service Eurostat and the US Pew Research Center. The author turns to a consideration of ways of migration transit, analyzes the demographic effect of growing migration and deportation considering the statistics on separate EU countries. The article confirms the theses about the extension of the migration crisis through the increase in the number of migrants and about the potential transformation of the demographic structure of society in separate EU countries.
