Microbiological processes of hydrocarbons transformation at microbal recultivation of the slurry barn in Surgut region HMAO

In conditions of the Far North are carried out three-year researches of application the technology of soil recultivation with deep oil contamination with the use of created consortium of petrooxidizing microorganisms. Decrease in contaminant during the first season of researches from 56 g on kg of soil up to 0,3 g is revealed. Activization of petrooxidizing microflora during the subsequent seasons is shown at capillary receipt of mineral oil from the bottom horizons of the polluted field.
