In three-year experiment on gray forest soils the authors estimated the dynamics of number of rhizospheral microorganisms and the soil biological activity under fodder legumes crops of different species. The inverse negative relationship was revealed between nitrogen-fixing and nitrifying activity in rhizospheral soil and the nitrogen-fixing activity was significantly higher as compared with control. It was shown, that cultivation of legumes crops influenced positively on restoration of soil fertility and also promote to reduction of soil phytopathogenicity and nitrate content. The possibility of integral estimation of physiological state of rhizospheral microflora by the parameters of soil biological activity and the number of microorganisms.
