Microbiota of infertile men ejaculate in large industrial city

The conducted research showed that continuous accommodation in ecologically unsuccessful territory has essential impact on human health, in particular, on functioning of reproductive system. Among the examined men having reproductive problems it isn't revealed diagnostic significant (under WHO recommendations) deviations in the parameters, characterizing morphology and mobility of spermatozoa. However against a considerable microbial contamination of ejaculate the various defects of man's gametes potentially dangerous to realization of their impregnating function were traced. Features of influence of separate microorganisms on the main characteristics of spermatozoa are revealed.
