Microbiota of rhizosphere and its role in the change of substrate on post-tehnogenic territories in extreme-north subzone of taiga (the Komi Republic)

The paper deals with the research of the rhizosphere microbial complex of plants in soils of the recovered post-technogenic ecosystems of the Komi Republic at “intensive” stage of nature restoration system. Results of agrochemical and microbiological analysis of the substrate of plants rhizosphere and outside it are given, on which basis the conclusion on the formation of biogenic-accumulative layer at interaction of plants and microorganisms in rhizosphere as the focus of primary soil formation is made.
