The species composition of the microbial community of pumpkin''s rhizosphere and rhizoplana in a phase of fruiting has been researched. It has founed that fluorescened bacteria Pseudomonad was dominating in rhizosphere''s microflora. Rizoplana mainly represented by Gram-negative bacteria of the genus Enterobacter. The differences between the microbial population of these zones were founded.
