In the experiments on broiler-chicken of the Ko66 500 cross the authors investigated the influence of various doses microcycol probiotic on intestines microflora and immune status in birds. It was established that application of preparation in doses of lx(107-108) KOE/head inhibits the bacteria from Salmonella and Proteus genus. It was shown that under the influence of probiotic the following parameters in chicken are raised: hemoglobin concentration in blood, nonspecific resistance, and number of immunocytes in lymphoid organs of intestines, thymus, spleen and bursa. The inhibition of pathogens in an intestines and the stimulation of immune system ensures the increase in safe keeping and productivity of birds. The drinking of probiotic is more preferably than its eating with dry mixed fodder.
