Minimally invasive treatments for discogenic pain and lumbar facet syndrome (literature review and own experience)

The article presents modern methods of facet syndrome treatment: chemical denervation, radio frequency ablation, intraarticular injection. Further methods of discordicular conflict elimination are presented: disk denervation, chemonucleolysis, mechanical decompression, hydrodisectomy, nucleoplasty. The pathogenetic justification of the above methods is considered, and the positive and negative sides of each of them are revealed. The own results of clinical work are presented. According to the results of our observations the efficiency of these minimally invasive procedures is 70-80% in the nearest period of observation.
