Treatment of vertebral compression fractures (VCFs) in elderly patients is challenging and demanding task. Different kinds of minimally invasive techniques were mainly introduced for VCF treatments but the choice of method is still debated. The study is aimed to evaluate early and late outcomes, as well as technical difficulties and complications of percutaneous vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, minimally invasive pedicle screw fixation and combination of these techniques. The introduced treatment algorithm is considered highly efficient and safe.

Vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, minimally invasive pedicle screw fixation, vertebral compression fractures, osteoporosis
